If you have a health/safety concern or suggestion:

  • Contact an Assistant Principal.
  • Submit an incident report - Incident Report Forms can be found in the front office. Return completed forms to the front office.
  • You can also anonymously report a concern that you may have on campus. Write down your concern and then drop the tip in the black "Safe Schools Anonymous TIP" mail box that is located by the teacher's mailboxes, in the office.
  • Send an email to the Health and Safety Committee.
